The Board of Directors of Towson University Public Media will meet at 11:00 am on June 19th at the Towson University Marriott located at 10 W Burke Ave, Towson, MD 21204. The exact meeting room will be posted in the lobby of the hotel that day.
The board will meet in public session to hear reports from the Board Chair and from Executive Director and GM Stephen Yasko, and to conduct business related to the Towson University Public Media Employee Handbook, Committee Assignments and assign board members to staggering terms of service, per the Towson University Public Media Bylaws. Following the open session, the Board will meet in closed session to discuss and conduct business related to proprietary financial information related to TUPM’s operations.
The open session of the Board meeting is open to the public, though no public comment session is planned. Individuals wishing to address the Board should make themselves known to the Executive Director no later than close of business on June 18, 2014. Public comments will be limited to three minutes to ensure all interested parties have an opportunity to address the Board.
