YOUNG AT HEART – June 2, 2018

Today’s show is all about names – Yoda, Julie, Matt, Louie, Mary and on and on. Maybe you’ll hear your name in a song. Names are cool. In some ways, they reflect who we are, or who people think we are. Maybe before you were born your mom or dad combed names books, picking a name they liked or liked the attached meaning of that name. Whatever your name, it’s better than someone just shouting “Hey, You!” at each other. You can find out more about your name through websites like behindthename.com.

Brian Simms and Tom Moon of the Milkshake band will be here for Talking Tunes and today’s tune is “Hey, Julie” by Fountains of Wayne.

Enjoy!

And please remember you can always email me with song ideas, comments, and suggestions at youngatheart@wtmd.org
